(1) If you wish to cancel
As a general rule, orders that have been officially accepted cannot be cancelled.
*We cannot accept returns even before shipping.
(2) When we cancel orders We receive many cancellations due to customers being absent for an extended period of time, or returns due to refusal to receive the order.
Returns and Exchanges
(1) In the case of reasons due to customer’s convenience As a general rule, orders that have already been officially accepted cannot be returned or exchanged.
Since orders are placed after you have seen the product, we do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.
(2) In the event of a defective, damaged, or damaged product, or if an excess or shortage of a product or a different product has been delivered, we will promptly process the product exchange only if you contact us within one week of receiving the product. We will cover the shipping costs when returning the item.
The delivery date may vary.
Even if we are unable to deliver the product on the specified date, we do not accept cancellations if the product is in the middle of production.
